The percentages make sense to me in my limited knowedge of software sales for certain industries. The actual 18% figure comes from the website where Doma discovered the KTM AD Server for sale. It apparently listed 18% as the SMC cost for that software. I hadn't seen the site myself so I cannot attest to that figure, personally. But I'm sure Doma isn't fooling around.
