So are you implying that the shorts would like to exit by the weekend? Which also means much less selling pressure?

But overall you were bang on target a few weeks back about shorts controlling it. Is there a way any one can tell what % of the float is currently shorted, and how many days to cover?

Ya, it's been healthy if you sold out at $1.60 and bought back in at .80 perhaps. Other than that, you can't say it's healthy. This is not consolidation - it has been cut in 1/2 in a few trading days.
