I agree. Leo is an old crooked P.O.S. man that needs to go ahead and die, saving the public from further fleecing. I figure he's about 86 years old now and here the guy wants to continue screwing people until the day he heads to Hell once and for all. Seriously, guys like him deserve nothing less than cancer.
