The following is all my opinion only! Opinion, not fact. Do your own DD. I, for some reason, still receive these letters although I haven't held a share here for ages, or perhaps I still hold some in some account I haven't used for over a year. lol. Again, OPINION below on the letter.
First off, they claim they have no money and were in a difficult time and then they state they EXPECT to acquire this and that. Blah blah blah. This letter is full of typical scam remarks. What on earth would merging with another "company" that has failed to report to the SEC for the past couple years accomplish? lol
They are starting construction on their lots....right. Where has that money come from? Why not mention where the funding is coming from? Earlier in the letter, ole Leo stated they were in difficult times financially. Where will this money come from? Possible reasons for not letting shareholders know ANY real financial information: There is no funding or the funding will come from diluting the heck out of shareholders, doing a Reverse split and doing the same, reverse split, dump some more, etc.
I could go on and on about how much of a scam this letter seems. Pay careful attention to the wording. "Expect", "agreed in principal", "Shortly, we ...", etc.
This guy is something else although I have read his letters in the past and it sure seems like someone else is dictating what to write in the letters...he is being manipulated IMO. I would recommend calling him and see what you think. lol.
