The OTCBB uplisting realisticly will be 6 months out. Here is why, what time of year is it? Tax time, the schedule of CPA's to dedicate 60 days of auditing at least for 2 years of financials is not goin to happen right now. That falls in line from what I have been told by my friends who are CPA's.

I would say that the Black mountain deal be some thing finalized in the next 45 days. BEHL does not get all the money up front it is paid out over 45 day periods.
