BEHL very much has a direction Dennis only took responsibilty and is stepping down as the CEO but will continue as a VP of development and he will remain Chairman of the BOD. We should have uplisting to BB in 90 days and Nasdaq in 2 years. I believe we recieved some 5 million in funding from Black Mountain, there is still a Private Placement Memo out for 6,5 million and I'm waiting to hear from BigBake on that because they did not go over that in the PR.
