Agree except we don't know for certain that the lenders get 40% of the final or current OS. If it's of the final, then they actually are getting 71+% of the current rather than 40%. If they get 40% of the current os, then the os could climb to over a billion without increasing the as to give them their 40%.

My concern is that if and when the o/s goes over 900 million, then all bets would be off. I hope this won't be the case.

People were laughing at me yesterday when I said we may see .015 again. With HDSN currently at .01 on the bid, we may even see closer to .01. I have a sneaking suspicion that's where they want to take it. I hope I'm wrong.

I'm assuming with HDSN at the top of the ask, they are dumping the newly issued shares into the market. However, this is pure speculation on my part. What do others think?
