After the 20 percent Buyback fully hits this stock I expect the O/S to actually drop back to the 700 million level IMO.
Time will tell but I really believe the Float is extremely small now.
Remember the company raised the A/S in order to fulfull the terms of the Lender. Any shares that hit the O/S from that will be restricted for 3 years.
The Float will remain small as none of these shares will be hitting the market.
Why is it that the Lender would take 40 percent if he didnt believe QASP would be at Much Higher Prices. They will be in the same boat as everyone else.
Win Win. QASP gets 350 million and the Lender gets to participate in the meteoric rise from the Acquisitions that will result from this IMO.
Hmmmmmm. Lets see how this works out but I think the Lender knows more than anyone imagines to take this deal with the bulk of it in shares.
Imagine the return if QASP closes all the Acquisitions and uplists sometime this year.
