jerad2, the stock briefly hit 0.28, but never anything higher. The CC (California Cabal) quickly took advantage of then unsuspecting RETAIL BUYERS with the now familiar relentless selling of DISCOUNTED IMMEDIATELY SALEABLE WHOLESALE SHARES funneled through those perennial and incestuous debt payments to mysterious "DEBT HOLDERS", few of whom ever seem to achieve full payment - regardless of how many BILLIONS of shares they receive.
