Soldier, in my opinion, the filings boil down to one basic fact, which is this: the debtholder(s) have no interest in letting any equity slip into outside shareholders' hands. Further, I can see no reason why anyone, other than the debtholder(s), would want to buy into this thing now at ANY price, no matter how low, and it is impossible for me to imagine anything other than a reverse split after the debtholder(s) sell as many of the 50 billion authorized shares as possible - short of losing their majority controlling interest. In my opinion, there is absolutely no reason for any outsider to invest in this company as currently structured.
