Number of institutional holders still falling ...

In February '09 it was 45, by December it was 28, in February '10 it was 25 and now it's down to 23.

Perhaps if TIV creates another huge blast of dilution between now and Russell time and puts out some blast-from-past PRs which artificially hold up the PPS .... nah, they won't believe TIV could make the Russell again and play the spike.

I guess the smart big money isn't buying it any more, number of institutional investors nearly halved in a year.
