Number of institutional holders still falling ...

In February '09 it was 45, by December it was 28.

Now it's down to 25.

On the other hand in 4Q09 Dimensional Fund Advisors, TIV's top Institutional Holder, increased their holdings by ~20%.

Averaging down and hoping for at least the perception of a rabbit?
