Being a newbie myself. Has any other pink sheet stock distributed a stock divy in cert form, mailed directly to the div recipient?

I think the Gemm divies are valuable even though they are restricted.
And to me shows Urbans genuine desire to give his shareholders some thing of value if they are prepared to wait and support CMKX.
Certs are a good way of receiving a restricted divie,and GEMM is a good share that will appreciate in value.
Dr Hutchinson one of CMKXs senior Geologists did years of exploration around the Junia Gem beds for his thesis and he would have a vast knoweledge of the area and the value of gems that can be obtained.
The company Junia are waiting for permits from the South American authorites before mining can begin.
