GEMM divy, think those responses are funny, heres what Fidelity told me today. They called me and told me that the GEMM dividends from CMKM were going to be mailed in certificate form to either Fidelity or straight to my home? If to fidelity then Fidelity was going to mail them to me.
She also said that GEMM divy, a spinoff from CMKM, was only one dividend... she didn't indicate that two different dividends were due?
I called last week about the vanishing GEMM divys, they said they needed more time.
They (same person) called me on Monday, yesterday & told me that the divys were going to be paid all at once and gave me a figure that was double of the first GEMM distribution. She said they should be in my account any day. Today!, she (same person)on her own accord calls me back to tell me that they were going to be mailed in cert form and that that is the latest news about the GEMM dividend from the Fidelity Dividend dept.

I am certainly not one to complain much because I don't know how all this stock stuff works down to the knats butt ... but sure seems like confusion is getting mighty deep about this...

Would cert form cuz MM's covering to be more of a headache since they can't just "make" A CUSIP # for then to throw at our brokers.... is that how that part could work? CMKX caused to expose the shorties?
