This is what JPM / NITE wants as they need to control the pps till they are ready and they believe a settlement is eminent.

One day we may see a sell at the market close a 40 million buy go through at .25 – the MM control the market they also can manipulate the pps for their benefit. The SEC closes their eyes to this. When we see this large buy order to cover the shorts – then a settlement will be very soon.

This is how the MM can control / I mean manipulate the pps for their benefit. In the end they will be holding the most shares of WAMUQ.
