We are trading IDGI Nevada. That needs to be updated as well. I'm sure that's next since Nevada wants to see a business license for the state the company is in operation.

Last time we went through this we determined that because the shares are registered in Nevada they must keep this up to date. I believe the Florida filing is for registration of the LLC. I expect to see the nevada filing updated shortly. Following that should be an 8-k indicating engagement of an auditor.
