#85609 RE: BondGekko #85607

Spree: "Fair" is payment in full. IDCC may need arbitration to be proven right or wrong. In other words, is IDCC justified in its position to get paid in full for its IPR....or....is NOK justified in squeezing smaller companies, and hoping that they along with other major companies can kill them and then rob them of what they created.

This isn't just about NOK shaking hands and signing a contract...this is also about honoring the contract and a good faith business agreement. Did NOK enter into the 1999 agreement in good faith?...did NOK truly plan on abiding by the terms of the contract? Did IDCC notice that NOK was trying to squirm out of the deal, and maybe had no intention of paying IDCC...or if they did, was the plan to pay IDCC pennies on the dollar?

TAKE NOKIA to the ARBITRATION EVIDENTIARY HEARING and LAY it ALL before the PANEL, and let THEM JUDGE IDCC AND NOKIA. Unless NOK is willing to settle in full. I, as a shareholder, am willing to accept the consequences of a unfavorable panel decision. IDCC needs to get paid in full or at least fight for it.
