Regarding the ex-WAMU employee's 401K positions. If the settlement occurs before the deadline (for employees to resolve the 401K issue)then JPM looks like a good guy. If the settlement occurs after the deadline, for whatever reason, JPM looks like a thief. My concern still sits with the selling pressure on the share value as this group of shareholders go through some liquidation process. G
