What makes you think they haven't? They've mostlikely already made the settlement money off of these past few years of highs and lows. IMO, but I believe they've been playing it all along. Only time will tell though. My bet is that they wont settle until just after March 22nd, which is the deadline for all employees to do away with their holdings. Granted some will buy back in once they've been forced to sell, but not all 38k, which inturn is going to cause it to drop even harder so that JPM and I (a trading newby) can make even more money off of their own loss. Estimated settlement date March 26th. IMO
