DTL, so far they have NOT shown a different plan - we know QEDN sold 770,000,000 shares as per the increase in O/S

Lets say they sold the 770,000,000 at .0004 .0005 and .0006 that gives QEDN about $350,000

Now that you have an acquisition and NOT a merger - the $350,000 does NOT go very far

Pinks raise money by selling shares - QEDN has no more to sell after the 770,000,000 was used up as the A/S was now maxed out

They need money for NAZZ and for ProRemote - the only way to get money is to increase the A/S to 10 billion and start selling the shares

No-one is going to loan QEDN money in the current economic climate - QEDN is going to have to sell shares

People are unable to get mortgages to buy homes - banks are NOT lending money - they for sure will not lend a business that has ZERO revenue

not to argue w/u or to make a case one way or another ....... but !

It seems to me that you reason as an investor who thinks that the CEO cares about you (the investor).

Think as a CEO ...... if you have 2 to 5 billion shares "maxed out"
would you start buying back shares ? even if you would begin making money ......
Would you start buying back shares ? What the hell for if you can reduce your share structure to O/S being 100 million and reduce your A/S (once again to "look good") to 400 or 500 million.

How many CEOs have done it and NOT ONE has been killed so far by an angry "investor".

So ...... There will be NO buy back .....
(even if some Pinkies say that in a PR .... LOL ... the PPS in such had gone down afterwards)
but the PPS here, CAN & maybe WILL fly to whatever, just as you and many HOPE !!! for It indeed COULD do so !!!

again, I am not fighting or have any specific agenda and DO hope that Buzzie is an HONEST person
(well, even if he is honest, his expectations might not work out .... so let's say that he MEANS well !!!!!!! )

I am saying that let's think as the management would ...... and not as an investor.

anyway ............ good luck, hopefully the upcoming PRs will move this back over .0005
