Maybe they use venture capitol or an angel instead of a bank? Where did we see the new share structure showing the 770mm increase? I read a recent post that contained a reply from Makmann stating the current share structure was on pinksheets and hadn't changed. Pinksheets screenshot is below. I will take that post with a grain of salt until I see something documented. Is the 770mm increase calculated by some hyperthetical trading volume, is it included in the current pinksheet no's or listed elsewhere?
