The PR's are consistently talking "financing" and not increasing the share structure. IMO that means bank loans i.e. debt but not increasing the AS. Do you think they will best leverage their public capitol by selling more shares at .0002 while future diluting the OS? The PPS will never move and such their shares are worthless as well. I would think they have a different plan.
