NLU, IMO, if JPM settles after forcing 38000 or so former WAMU employees to dump those shares, JPM will have not only major lawsuits on their hands, but MUTINY too.

Personally, I think JPM is doing this in a calculated manner to give the appearance to everybody that they're not concerned at all with having to settle.

Then, in their hip pocket, they already know that if they do settle, they'll immediately send out an email to all of those employees stating that JPM will make an adjustment in their 401K's commensurate with what they would have gotten if they had held those shares until settlement. That'd take care of both the MUTINY as well as the lawsuits from their own employees.

I got no problem with this. It's just JPM's gamesmanship...
