yes, that helps the shorters- since it triggers more panic.

The only reason shorters make money, is because they sell-
wait, and watch the panicked investors sell because "surely the sellers/shorters knows something I do not". (When really there is no reason to sell, since nothing has changed)

They sell on fear, not fact.

Selling at $1.38 adds to the fear.
