Gummy, I think you have reviewed the complete history of BEHL in your questioneer. My personal thought is if you submit that entire list it will end up in the round file cabinet on the floor. May 12 Permian Sea Algae Farm & Port Arthur are two separate projects. Permian Sea was a pbr to provide feed for shrimp - North edge of the Permian Basin Texas. Port Arthur was to turn sewerage, tallow trees, tires etc. into oil - Southeast Texas.
September 21 merger with a Nevada company is a none issue put to rest with RWE agreement and now we are getting the shell in order to go it alone.
