Another clarification needed........WHO is the "real" COO ??

Mr. Chen joined Hartcourt Capital in 2002 as Investment Director, and he also serves as President for Sinobull Media Group, a member of Sinobull Financial Group, responsible for overall media group operations and strategic directions. Mr Chen has over 10 years experience in broadcasting, publishing, Internet and technology. He had served as CEO of V2 Technology, and was a founding member at HelloAisa Corp (recently acquired by Brience Inc). Prior to his technology experience, he was the Regional Marketing Director at CNN International and Sales Director for Turner Broadcasting Systems - subsidaries of AOL-Time Warner. Mr. Chen received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University, Australia.

Stephen Tang
Mr. Tang was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Hartcourt in 2001. He is also the CEO of SinoBull Financial Network and the founder of Financial Telecom Limited, a member of the SinoBull Financial Group that provides real time financial information service in Hong Kong. Mr. Tang has more than 16 years extensive experience in the management of information technology business and services. Prior to that, he had spent 8 years in investment banking. After graduating from Hong Kong Baptist University in management and accounting, he received his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. Mr. Tang is currently a Trustee of the AIM Scientific Foundation, the fund-raising arm of the Asian Institute of Management, and is also a councilor of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, the representative body of the information technology industry in Hong Kong.

Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't the title that was used in the filing President and not CEO? Isn't it also true that any material event must be filed with the SEC? Maybe nothing has happened. I will email Alan.
