Re: NSS is possible if insiders of a company can introduce as many unregistered shares as they wish! Hence raising the stock price to unrealistic levels or lowering it.

I recommend that you understand what unregistered shares are?
Because you clearly don't have an understanding that --

Unregistered shares are not NSS shares.
Unregistered shares are backed up with a certificate.

NSS shares are -- not -- backed up with a certificate because they're electronic shares.

If you can't understand the difference -- please do, because your continued misinterpretation is becoming annoying.

Why do I think people are here?

There are two types of people here. There are the hopelessly clueless, like you and jimmym4, who need a place to congregate, to tell each other that you're not responsible for your own financial incompetence, and to convince each other that hope remains for the money you squandered on this foolish investment selection.

And there are the rest of us who remain fascinated and in awe of your ineptitude.

NSS is possible if insiders of a company can introduce as many unregistered shares as they wish!

NONSENSE. Selling unregistered stock has nothing to do with NSS. They are not the same thing. They are not even similar.
