Because everyone was buying at once on the news. People don't really even know about this company and that it r/m into the shell. It'll happen don't worry, but I really doubt it is dillution. Some investors bought the shell and partnered with Marc Offenbach, I doubt they'll be selling their shares and dilluting at half a penny.
