Rik the NSS is a long used ploy of stinky pinky CEOs - add inthe NOBO list. It is like BIG FOOT. people talk about it a few has said its true and a few have said they seen it. BUIt noone has ever proved it. yes I am sure there are a few isolated cases.

anway who cares - shorting is legitmate - I wish I could short OTCBB. I short stocks all the time. IM short TM MED and RIMM right now. you should be able to short any stock any time on the uptick only

Yes, offshore is the place where the insiders hold there money from issuing unregistered stock and a numerous of other things.

USXP and SPNG are good examples.
