YOu are drinking the koolaid. 99.99% of shorting on the optcbb and pionkies is by the very people who own restricted shares. NMSS on otcbB and pINKIES IS FOOLISH TALK.
Yes, Jim I do believe that shorting of stock and NSS of stock occur on a daily basis. Anyone with even an inkling of knowledge about the markets understands this well-known fact. It really surprises me that there are so many gullible people out there that believe the drivel that says that it is a farce!
99.9% of all NSS claims outside of MM's legally going naked short to make a bona fide market, are total bullshit, especially on penny and subpenny stocks. It just doesn't happen except in the minds of the sheeple.
What can happen and has been proven many times is insiders and funders shorting against their own convertibles or restricted stock and that's not naked at all...no covering on the open market required.
Funny how the the only complaints about RegSho not working and OTC Equity Short list not being accurate and the Fails to Deliver info now availble to all not being accurate... come from the penny and subpenny crowd.
