Threat of jail time never stopped Chainsaw Al, Ivan Boesky or Bernie Madoff so that argument doesn't hold water with the oldtimers...

If you're too young to know who the first two are, google their names and read the history of what happened...

While you're at it, google the self-chilling beer can, there was a live demonstration at their shareholders meeting and guess what? It worked! Or so thought the live audience of shareholders, until it was found out later on and even admitted by the CEO who also wound up in jail that it was a totally faked live demo...

So perhaps you can start to understand why the oldtimers express skepticism towards JBII. Perhaps you should consider that this remains a high risk/reward stock until proven otherwise...

I promised myself I would bite my cyber lip until one or the other happens, either that the company is real and shame on me for missing the boat, or it turns out everyone got hoodwinked by another con artist; I reserve judgement while remaining leary so at least you know where I stand. And I can NOT stay silent when I see someone is talking about putting 100k+ into JBII; I just hope if you decide to do so, you consider the fact that there's a possibibilty of losing your entire investment and it won't change your lifestyle if it goes sour...
