Well you know that I was following along the progression, and I kept stating that there was nothing showing up in the minutes or agendas of the next higher offices to get for one the rezoning taken care of. As far as forward looking statements it pays to read each word and understand what they are saying, the key word “anticipate” has no finality to it. It surely does not draw an absolute conclusion. I worked operations for years and I anticipated many projects to go as planned, but at the same time with experience I also planned that some things may fall through and to have plan B ready when that occurred. I was the decision maker therefore I had all of the information in front of me to make those decisions. When others from the outside tried to draw a conclusion without the information I had, they came up with completely different results. You can’t armchair quarterback something and hope that you are right, you either in the game or your not.
We are not in the game when it comes to the communication that goes on between BEHL and the city. I am sure we would all love to be a fly on the wall much like that recording of minutes in HB. I loved the ease and transparency of the city of HB, it was all right there at you finger tips including historical minutes for each office, unfortunately we do not have that ease here with SA.
