Do me a favor .. Reread your post .. Now apply it to the use of forward looking statements by a company..

I obviously missed the Forward looking statement by BEHL regarding the approval of HB "We fully anticipate the new facility to be operational by January 2010 ...."

I should have known when they said, they had approval to move forward .. they only meant to the next government desk.
