Gummy you should openly post all info you find. Good or bad. Simply because some can not accept the information is not a valid reason to keep it off the board.

Only when all info available is studied can one make an informaed investment decision.

Keep at it Gummy. Biocentric is not as transparent as we would like to think, and have only admitted to setbacks and changes (ie ENTK, Mongolia, Shen) when brought to task by shareholders. Now the permit issue is probably an annoyance rather than a show stopper. Just can't believe they would sign a lease without some assurances from the city, especially after Huntington Beach (once bitten twice shy).

Gummy, I think the HB PR turned out false is because the zoning commitee in HB gave a thumbs up only to say "Nope" later on. If you go back to the City Council notes, you will see some folks willing to work with DF on finding somewhere for BEHL. Maybe they said "tentatively yes" only to come to a conclusion to back out. I don't think DF had any intentions of lying. Maybe he jumped the gun yes, but I think he was premature on that statement.

YOUR WRONG GUMMY !!

I spoke to the contractor who was on site at HB with the architectural drawings in hand back in October of 2009.

I have talked to this guy 6 times and his brother who is friends with YURY. I tried to get as much information as possible.

He told me that Dennis Fisher, an HB city representative and himself (the guy who was presenting the drawings at the HB site) said that Behl had the go ahead to move forward.

This showed me that Dennis had 100 % intent on moving to HB. The architect on the HB drawings even went as far as to identify EVERY SINGLE TREE on that site by size and type. I went back and looked at the drawings. All of this was done to satisfy HB city council.

Huntington Beach, California planning and approval committee and Permit office are two seperate entities. For instance here I go before the Metropolitan Planning Commission "MPC" for approval of a site utilization plan. Once I get the MPC approval then I start the permit process which in some cases I have to submit first to the state which has to be approved before the city will even look at or start a permit process.
