POP, NEOM is part of Neustar Menu of services. If Neustar signs up clients only NEON will know if it involves them and not necessarily put out PR's stated it.

Right now nothing to do is wait and see who signs up and what type of services are used and if NEOM IP is needed.

All sounds good, but it will be successful only when Rev's start to come in.

The participating "partners" are clearly stated as such on the website as well as in the barcodes presentation that is available for download.

Clearly, Mobiletag is not part of Neustar's clearinghouse at the moment. Sure they may join later, but given the fact that they already have licensed the IP, and participated in last year's interoperability test, I find their absence an interesting observation.
