Right.... Pre and post does not matter... If it did then why would the U.S. Trustee want the list of CURRENT Stockholders??? I dont know about you but that includes ME.... Whether I bought pre or post.. Come on this has been over and over talked about.. If you sold all your shares that you held pre.. YOUR TOAST.. You got to take a capital loss and thats all you got.. Now if you held them, your shares are the exact same as mine(post).. Now lets get past this please.... Go WAMU!!!!!!!!
