And, in addition to the PR, JB noted on the CC the relationship with the lab has expanded, adding scientists, working on technology for niche markets, etc.

I could be wrong, but I think if shareholders are thinking sometime very soon the lab is going to have completed all its work and there is going to be some single, final "yes P2O works", they might off in their expectations and looking at the 3rd party lab effort a bit one-dimensionally.

I have not spoken to JB about the lab work at all, but my read is that the lab is working with us on several aspects and goals and that this work will be ongoing for awhile.

Gathering data to support the GREEN claims

would be irrelevant
IF the P2O processor + catalyst did not persorm as JBII has stated!

An inefficient, uneconomical processor would not need analytical data to support the company's green claims (or data to facilitate multiple state licensing)...

nor would entities be submitting $100K deposits without having verified data to show the technology is comercially viable IMO.

Time will tell, but I think it's just FULL SPEED AHEAD from here... including locating a processor manufacturer in the US/Canada & paying royalties if necessary to the original manufacturer... saves big time on shipping time/costs & delays.
