there ya go mstep... i had to search under vertex interactive to find it.

I was just reading it but i couldve sworn there were specific dates on the one that i read a few months ago like..

One specifically said that notes expire in april or august of 09 and then i read another that said they expire in either may or june of 2010... i cant find that exact language anywhere.. only the 5 year part like you have found.

From what I have read in other filings, there seemed to be a 60-day window from Jan to March that these were filled. That's just the impression I get from the language used in a couple of their filings in February, nothing really concrete. I don't know if that information is spelled out anywhere specifically though, I have searched and couldn't find it. There was/were at least 2 entities holding convertible warrants, one of which is Millenium Capital, and another is Midmark.
