You have no proof SPNG does not own Dicon. You're making stuff up just like the rest of them.

The Walmart agreement went to DICON

Ok lets walk down this path a moment, and assume Dicon got the Walmart contract and it is not owned by SPNG like you claim. Dicon still needs to get he Sponge Bob sponges from somewhere, SPNG owns the license to those. So Dicon must be purchasing them from SPNG and selling them to walmart. Either way SPNG is selling sponges!
