History says they will never file. Not ever. SPNG is abandoned. GFGU shares went to RME. "America's Cleaning Company" has been incorporated and the rights licensed to VAEV. The Walmart agreement went to DICON, not SPNG; and if you think Dicon is wholly owned by SPNG you will be rudely awakened. the Mutt Brothers know that SPNG is a dead issue. Its time you took a long hard look. If the SEC doesn't get them, the law suits will.
