Attorney Al Clifton Hodges confirmed to me that he did post the attached letter, “CMKM DIAMONDS, INC. suffered THE LARGEST NAKED SHORT IN HISTORY” to the SEC.
He did indeed "post" it on the SEC's website, but he didn't write most of it. He cribbed it from another crazy Xer, as Pedro has proved beyond a doubt.
I don't know why CMKM hasn't hired a new TA. Since at the moment they don't really need one, there's no rush.
