Things really bugging me about Tyler...

I was thinking about this today....

- What the heck is going on with Kevin and the Tyler crew? My understanding is they no longer communicate with Hodges' people.

- Other than Kevin's recent comment by email to a shareholder query re a new TA, we have not had an official communication for quite some time.

- I would still like to know under what authority, Kevin and the rest of Tyler were able to move the incorporation from Nevada to Texas? Where was the proxy we should have received to vote as shareholders? Was it done LEGALLY?

- I would also like an update as to the outstanding shares. Has this changed over the past few years?

- When is Kevin going to have an ANNUAL MEETING? Is he not legally required to have one?

While CMKX no longer trades, I don't think it cancels out certain responsibilities by Kevin West and Tyler. Kevin's silence is unacceptable.
