I would have bought about a month ago if they hadn't restricted

It's prolly not the main reason but it's a great part in that bull rush
this afternoon and will help tomorrow-
not having Scottrade on board really limits buyers, and those that
find out tomorrow will be buying as well, pushing up the pps.

We all know we need volume and that will help tremendously, along with all
that is going on with POPN-
