There isn't any disk with evidence to support your theories.

Frizzy's disk contained information that didn't prove anything except that he couldn't understand the concept of daily figures not being cumulative.

If anyone had any evidence, the time was right years ago but they didn't and all your wishing and hoping will not change reality.
