This settlement will likley be a merger or a purchase of WMI stock by JPM, either way a bankruptcy plan will have to be put on the court record for all to view and Creditors of all classes will get to vote on it, this info will come and we will have more time to buy shares, the day the plan is presented the major media will be all over the story

I honestly don't think the equity was going to get nothing. Too many lawsuits would emerge and this would take a decade to unwind. People think the past year and half have been long... (LOL)
