That sounds fair to me. But I have one condition. I send my cert to Goldenbaren or h2h to hold for the bet. You send the $1000. Upon Jan 1st 2011 If Cmkx is not worth $1000.00 per 1 million shares. I win. Anything above $1000.00 Per 1 million shares you win. Then Goldenbarren or h2h will mail the winner his prize.
Otherwise you are not serious and just making posts to hear yourself talk.
I am so willing to send my cert and a letter (notarized) That you get my cert and it will be transferred in your name if you win the bet.
Of course you will also have ot have a notarized letter stating the bet and the terms.
Without a third party holding the bets. It is no deal because then either one of us could back out.

Just as a disclaimer. I think you would be foolish to take this bet. How about I make you a bet instead......if by 2011 CMKX isn't worth at least $1000 / 1 Million shares I buy your 1 Million shares at that price but if you lose you sell me 10 Million of your shares for $1000 ???????????????
