That filing is as of 12-30-09. What are the chances that Prescott loaded up by then--and then unloaded this month? I did ask the company if they talk to Prescott, and they said they do all the time. You would think they have a better feel for CTT as an investment better than most. They have an analyst that read all the filings and so on. Minimize surprises.
But, I would rather see that an institution has increased its holdings than not. And, if Prescott really did sell, or any of the mutual funds also in CTT, in January, that would be bad news on one hand, but "good" news on the other as it would at least explain the weakness.
I do not have time to check the trading volumes since Jan. 2, but I do not think it is huge. My guess is that Fusion sold as the company took in some more capital and it was not Prescott selling.
Guess you can chalk this post up to be another opinion. And worth what you paid for it. LOL
