Since the 1st of this year? No, this was a Dec 31, 2009 filing. They more than doubled their position from Oct. through December of 2009. Which means they paid over $2.00 for most of their stock. That would make a nice trade from here.Those who think there will be plenty of time to buy this stock once it starts to move are mistaken. I expect this stock to gap up one morning (maybe on the Massey News, or a large contract, or Korean Financing)and you better already have a position.
