If Shaun is selling shares, there is no legal way to do it. Doubt he would jeopardize his stock and business for such a puny return. Anyways, that would not be dilution. As for the company selling shares into the float...again...no mechanism (legal) exists for them to do that. There is no toxic debt, so again, dilution is HIGHLY unlikely under current circumstances. Not saying it is impossible....but odds are very much in our favor, IMO.
