The extra shares hes talking about are in the O/S. Before the 50 million, we were at around 269 million shares outstanding (i am using rough estimates to save time search for the exact numbers). After you take into account the 50 million given to the private financer, we should have been around the 320 to 340 million shares outstanding mark. But right after that both Ken and the TA confrimed that our shares outstanding were at 463,211,664 (exact number). So there are roughy around 100 million shares not accounted for. They could be for anything, but considering they have funding, and actually already received a portion of that captial, I don't think they were issued to pay bills. So who knows what exactly they were for, but I am sure we will find out soon enough. The important thing is we can't be diluted anymore in the common stock, and Ken has stated the share structure will stand as is unless we enter into a JV.

Sure. The extra shares are the difference between the 275 million +50 million for the financing and the 453 that the transfer agent has outstanding. 120 million shares. I'm waiting for that filing.
